RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges.
MAXIMUM EXCHANGE PROCESS ( 1 TIME ONLY )
If the product that you have received does not feel right for you, you may exchange it with other sizes and other products! We will send you store credits at the selling price of the returned products.
Refunds will not include shipping costs. Store credit only can be used in 1 TRANSACTION ONLY within 6 MONTHS period since the store credit ACTIVATED. All you have to do is make a new order and make payment using the store credits.
Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that OMARA used to send the goods. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If you were to find any defects on the products you receive or if we have sent the wrong products and we have no more stock on the right products, you may also return the products. We will give you full refund.
Please note that items bought at our webstore cannot be refunded or exchanged in our offline store.
For international customers, please contact your local customs for more details on tax and custom refund.
Products must be mailed for return within 10 days from the day the order was delivered.(i.e. Your order was arrived 8th August, you have until 18th August to ship back your returns).
- Products must be unworn and unwashed.
- Products must have OMARA Official tag attached.
- Product returns can only be made if there is an error in size and product defects
